Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required. You may check out as a guest. Creating an account allows for faster checkout and easier order tracking.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking details are usually sent within one business day after your order is placed.


Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying local orders over the specified cart value, excluding digital items. Shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.

What delivery options are available?

We offer standard and express shipping within South Africa, as well as international delivery via DHL. Delivery times vary based on location and selected service.

How long does delivery take?

Local deliveries typically take between 1–5 business days after shipping. Express shipping to main centres takes 1–2 business days. International delivery takes approximately 7 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Will I need to pay customs or duties?

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These fees are not controlled by Burnt and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Customers must complete the returns or exchange form within 30 days of receiving their order. Instructions will be provided once the request is submitted.

Do you offer refunds?

Approved returns are issued as a Burnt Studios voucher for the value of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

One free exchange is offered per local order. After this, return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are responsible for all shipping and duties related to returns or exchanges.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our detailed size charts available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
